The Beginning
A childhood woven with practice
Born in the hills of Nepal and raised in Kathmandu — often regarded as one of the spiritual capitals of the world — Arjuna grew up where yoga was not just a class but a way of life. Raised in a Buddhist family within Nepal's rich Hindu cultural heritage, he was introduced to yoga from an early age: his first experiences with asana, pranayama and meditation began in childhood, with spiritual practice woven into everyday life and deeply rooted in the traditions around him.
